Indication
For the treatment of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), including physical and psychological symptoms such as headaches, skin problems, breast tension, abdominal complaints, mood swings, irritability, nervous tension, depressive mood, fatigue and sleep disturbances.
Traditionally also for the treatment of disturbances of the menstrual cycle.
Extract composition
20 mg dry extract Ze 440 from Vitex agnus-castus L. fruit
Drug-extract-ratio (DER): 6-12:1
Extraction solvent: 60% ethanol (m/m)
Dosage
1 film-coated tablet per day.
Recommended for minimum 3 months.
