Zeller's Story - Controls from the first to the last step

There are countless control steps during the entire production process of a phyto-pharmaceutical at Zeller. This starts with the plant raw material, where for example the content of over 500 different pesticides is controlled. Additionally heavy metals, aflatoxins and other potential contaminants are analyzed. Following that, each production step is accompanied by the control of in process parameters (IPCs) according to validated protocols. For instance, analytical tests for specific chemical markers are carried out to measure and control the content of active ingredients. This way, Zeller is able to monitor the entire process from the seed to the finished tablet, thereby ensuring high-quality phyto-pharmaceuticals.
